Signs Your Viking Welding & Fabrication Is Failing

• The motor mount plate flexes or vibrates when the gate moves. Viking motor mounts take constant force, and the plate can fatigue where it’s welded to the post or frame. We see this most often on gates that cycle more than forty times a day.
• You find rust staining running from a seam or weld. In the Houston humidity, rust at a weld seam means water has gotten into the joint. Left alone, the steel rusts from the inside out and the gate fails in slow motion.
